Autumn School Hols - Stay and Play - Mon Apr 13th

Autumn School Hols - Stay and Play - Mon Apr 13th

You asked for it & now it's here! A stay and play session for children (aged 4-9) and caregivers who would like to enjoy our beautiful environment together in the school holidays!

Wondering what children do at Enchanted Childhoods?

Enchanted Childhoods programs carefully balance learning provocations and child-led unstructured outdoor play. Our experiences are selected based on their capacity to support children's holistic development and ability to inspire children to think and play in new and creative ways. All of our programs are designed to build gross and fine motor skills, support the development of a healthy vestibular system, and foster play-based and experiential learning, team-work and creativity.

Autumn Holiday Program

Our Autumn Holiday Program will focus on engaging our senses and igniting our imaginations- think wand making, potion play, building bases, sensory play, crafts, meeting our farm friends and more!

Along the way, we’ll enjoy child led play, create nature-inspired crafts, and explore our beautiful farm and bushland space. There’s something for everyone — from sensory seekers to animal lovers to daring adventurers! There will also be ample opportunity for free play, exploration, and children to follow their own interests in our beautiful natural surroundings. We look forward to coming together as a community, learning through play and sharing fun and laughter each day.

Who are the team?

At Enchanted Childhoods, we have a small and dedicated team who facilitate each program. We have diverse professional backgrounds including health, education and conservation psychology. What unites us is a passion for seeing children outdoors in sensory-rich natural environments that support their health, happiness, and well-being. All of our team have a current DCSI clearance for working with children and have completed first aid training.

What time?

Our stay and play session runs from 10am-1pm.

What do we need to bring?

We are a fully outdoor program so please bring suitable clothing for the daily weather conditions, and (at least) one full change of clothes for children to allow for new clothes after water/messy play. Please also bring a picnic style lunch and morning snack to enjoy together.
